Working with me is both a structured and collaborative journey tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can expect:

You reach out — via email, phone, or contact form. We schedule a brief introductory call to understand your goals and determine whether there’s a good fit.

  1. Discovery Session

In a focused session (online or in-person), we dive deeper into your tensions, opportunities, and vision. This is where we clarify your objectives and define success together.

  1. Proposal & Roadmap

Based on the discovery session, you receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. The roadmap ensures transparency and alignment from the start.

  1. Collaboration & Implementation

We work closely together to implement solutions — whether strategic planning, workshops, coaching, or project-based consulting. The process is agile and adapts as needed.

  1. Review & Optimization

Together, we review outcomes, measure impact, and identify next steps. Continuous improvement is part of the journey.

  1. Long-Term Partnership (Optional)

Many clients choose to continue working together through ongoing advisory support or periodic strategy check-ins.

What is the time affordance to be expected for a coaching/team coaching?

  • For individual coaching, three to four sessions of about 1.5 to 2 hours are often enough. That’s usually all it takes for clients to make real progress!

  • For team coaching, I often facilitate „team days“. In just one day, we identify key pressure points and develop practical steps to move forward. The team leaves with clear wins and can get right back to working together—more focused and aligned.

    At the same time, the team experiences how to address tensions, talk about difficult things, and start resolving them together. That’s often all it takes to handle similar situations on their own next time.
